We Took the Gold Title at the 7th Annual Globee Awards!
Chargebacks911, the world’s leading chargeback management firm, was honored with the title of Best Technology to Combat and Reduce the Impact of COVID-19 at the Globee Awards 2020. This is a great accomplishment, and we’re incredibly grateful for the recognition!
The Globee Awards program celebrates the individuals and teams who set industry benchmarks for excellence. Described as the “world’s premier business awards,” the 2020 Globee Awards will be presented to winners at a virtual awards ceremony on December 10.
We at Chargebacks911 were quick to mobilize in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We knew right away that this growing global outbreak—and the resulting quarantine conditions—would lead to a surge in eCommerce activity and, ultimately, a dramatic increase in chargeback issuances. In response, we rolled out a quick relief process in the early days of the COVID-19 outbreak to facilitate rapid and frictionless access to the Chargebacks911 suite of tools for global merchants.
In addition to the gold award, Chargeacks911 also took the bronze title in the Company Response of the Year category. This award recognizes our achievements in protecting more than 1 billion online transactions from FinTech fraud while keeping our teams safe and secure. Thanks to our internal coordination, we managed to pivot to mostly remote operations smoothly, while maintaining compliance.
