We’re thrilled to announce that Chargebacks911 CEO Monica Eaton has been selected as the winner of the Pay it Forward Award, a part of the 2024 Star Awards, presented by the Electronic Transactions Association!
The Electronic Transactions Association is the world's leading advocacy and trade association for the payments industry. ETA members span the breadth of significant payments and fintech companies, from the largest incumbent players to emerging disruptors in more than a dozen countries around the world. ETA members make commerce possible by processing approximately $47 trillion annually in purchases and P2P payments worldwide and deploying payments innovation to merchants and consumers.
As the ETA explains, the Pay it Forward Award “recognizes the unsung heroes who work in the payments industry and make the world a better place through community service.” From the beginning of Chargebacks911, public service has always been a critical component of what we do.
“I see every successful business as a means to an end,” Monica explains. “The ultimate goal should be to leverage success to help create change in the world; to position oneself to have a positive impact on the lives of others.” Our various corporate responsibility initiatives, including our Take Charge for Charity program and other projects, are how we put this philosophy into practice.
