USA Today, in partnership with HR technology company Energage, released their Top Workplaces USA honorees last week.
This coveted list recognizes more than 1,500 employers identified as being the best places in the country to work. And, we’re very proud to announce that Chargebacks911 was among the list of winners for this year!
What is the Top Workplaces USA Award?
The Top Workplaces USA award honors esteemed companies on a national scale, championing their commitment to fostering collaborative workplaces that enhance employee experiences. Winning companies are based entirely on feedback collected from employee engagement surveys conducted within participating companies with at least 150 employees over a 12-month period in 2023.
More than 42,000 employers nationwide were invited to participate in the employee-based survey. Ultimately, 1,531 organizations were acknowledged for their outstanding achievements, including Chargebacks911.
Why Employees Love Chargebacks911
“We participate in the Energage survey every year to gather feedback from our employees on their sense of value, workplace wellbeing, work-life balance and to determine if our company culture is meeting their needs,” said Justin Clements, director of public relations for Chargebacks911. “When the survey results come back and tell us that, not only do employees feel valued and respected, but that we’re one of the top companies in the country to work for, it’s a huge honor and validation of our efforts, which motivates us to do even more for our employees.”
According to Chargebacks911, employee benefits that set the company apart include hybrid work schedules, an on-site gym and personal trainer, monthly masseuse appointments, career development opportunities and volunteer programs. The company also allows employees to bring canine companions to the office on Fridays.
In addition to receiving a Top Workplaces USA Award, Chargebacks911 was also named a Tampa Bay Top 100 Workplace by the Tampa Bay Times, which based its results on the same Energage survey.
Last year through the same survey, Chargebacks911 was named a Top Workplace for Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility, Employee Well-Being, Employee Appreciation, Professional Development and Technology categories.
