Out of thousands of private employers, The Tampa Bay Business Journal honored just 48 companies for their commitment to their people and to their community. It wasn’t the publication who selected us, though…it was our team, themselves.
Employees of each nominated company were asked to complete an online survey to rate their overall satisfaction based on engagement, loyalty, and retention. Researchers asked about employees’ feeling regarding effectiveness, trust, compensation, benefits, and whether each person felt valued in their role.
The ever-growing organization of creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated people who make up Chargebacks911 propelled our company to the forefront of the fraud prevention industry. Now, they’ve pushed us to the top of the Tampa Bay business community!
Of course, we’re more than happy to show our appreciation in return for everyone’s constant hard work. Chargebacks911 organizes regular fun, teambuilding activities including kickball, laser tag, boat racing, and the Tough Mudder race. We also motivate our team to get active in the community through organizations like Paid for Grades, the Special Olympics, and Habitat for Humanity.
In addition, everyone in our organization enjoys weekly personal training sessions (optional, of course), as well as massages to ensure everyone is running at 100%.
