Members of the Chargebacks911® team — including Founder and CEO Monica Eaton — joined volunteers from our valued partners at Congruit to give back to the local community this Thanksgiving. Together, we spent the holiday serving warm meals and sharing time with individuals and families in need at Pinellas Hope, a nonprofit homeless shelter dedicated to providing food, shelter, and dignity to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
Pinellas Hope offers a safe, supportive environment for adults experiencing homelessness, providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, meals, and critical services aimed at helping individuals regain stability. The organization has served thousands of people across the county, offering not just resources, but compassion and hope during difficult times.
“Pinellas Hope goes far beyond providing shelter. They offer a pathway forward,” said Monica Eaton, Founder and CEO of Chargebacks911. “Their team treats every person with dignity and respect, and it’s an honor to support an organization doing such transformative work in our community.”
In addition to serving meals, volunteers from Chargebacks911 and Congruit helped with food preparation, distribution, and cleanup, ensuring everyone who visited could enjoy a warm and welcoming holiday experience. The effort reflects our continued commitment to community engagement and the belief that small acts of service can make a meaningful difference.
“Thanksgiving is about gratitude, and giving back is one of the best ways to honor that spirit,” Monica added. “I’m proud of our team and grateful for our partners at Congruit for standing alongside us. Supporting Pinellas Hope reminds us of the power of compassion and community.”
