Chargebacks911® Exec Interviewed by The Times of Israel
Monica Eaton, Co-Founder and COO of Chargebacks911, is widely recognized around the globe as a prominent leader in payments, technology, and finance. She was recently asked to share some of her insights on leadership and corporate responsibility in a special feature for The Times of Israel.
The Times of Israel is one of the leading news outlets in the world covering developments in Israel and the Middle East. The outlet attracts millions of readers each month through their physical print and digital offerings.
Leadership skills are incredibly important for running a business effectively. But, as Monica explains, a leader is only as effective as the people she can inspire.
“I think you can boil it down to the way you inspire and enable people around you to succeed, and instill confidence and trust in those who follow you,” Monica says. “It’s not a matter of telling people what to do; instead, you empower them to learn and self-actualize so they know what they need to do and can take action without direct oversight and management.”
Through the brief interview, Monica relays her experiences creating Chargebacks911. She also weighs in on women’s representation in tech fields, and the importance of philanthropy in business.
“I like to help people; I’ve always advocated for giving back to the community that was so instrumental in helping me achieve success.”
