The key is to make a visual effort to protect employees, then carry through with that initiative. This calls for having plenty of safeguards in place. “We implemented daily temperature checks, mask-wearing, and have avoided any in-person meetings or activities that did not follow social distancing rules,” Monica notes, describing Chargebacks911’s approach.
