New Gender Equality Initiative Spotlighted in The Fintech Times

Chargebacks911® Taking the Lead in Launching a New Global Platform

Diversity is a great asset in the fintech space. More diverse organizations are demonstrated to be more resilient and dynamic. They also tend to develop more innovative and forward-thinking solutions to problems. In response, we at Chargebacks911 are taking the initiative to push for greater diversity in fintech, as reported recently in the Fintech Times.

The Fintech Times is a bimonthly publication exploring the explosive world of financial technology. They blend first-hand insight, opinions, and expertise with observational journalism to provide a balanced and comprehensive perspective of this rapidly evolving industry.

We reported recently on Chargebacks911 COO Monica Eaton’s appointment to the advisory board of the Fintech Diversity Radar. Now, as reported by Fintech Times, we’re working alongside real-time data company Findexable to take this initiative to the next level.

The Fintech Diversity Radar will help identify measurable steps to improve diversity in the sector. It will also support the continued growth of the digital economy with the help of a scorecard to bolster inclusion.

“For too long women have been unrepresented in the progressive and disruptive sector that is fintech,” Monica said. She added that the Diversity Radar will play a vital role to “pave the way for the future generations of talented and empowered women to take their rightful seats at top tables at businesses all over the world.”
