Monica Eaton Offered Key Role on New Industry Group
We’re excited to announce that Chargebacks911 COO Monica Eaton has been invited to hold a seat on the newly-created Fintech Diversity Radar Advisory Board!
What is the Fintech Diversity Radar?
Financial technology is going to be one of the fastest-growing and most influential markets in the world over the next decade. The fintech space offers incredible opportunities; to make the most of them, though, we need relevant, up-to-date, and valid data on how to support a more diverse and sustainable marketplace.
Data clearly illustrates that more diverse teams are more dynamic, innovative, and produce better long-term results. With all this in mind, the Fintech Diversity Radar seeks to gauge the current state of the diversity of representation within the fintech space.
The newly-launched global platform aims to gather progressive data on women in fintech to better understand their impact and contribution to the digital economy.
Monica’s Role
Monica Eaton is a long-time advocate of women in technology. The fintech industry, in particular, presents incredible opportunities; however, it remains a largely-homogenous space.
As a member of the Fintech Diversity Radar Advisory Board, Monica can play a key role to help advocate for greater diversity in fintech. This will not only make for a more fair and balanced payments ecosystem but a more resilient and stronger one as well.
“I’m incredibly gratified to be part of this effort,” Monica says. “The Fintech Diversity Radar stands to be a transformative effort for the fintech space, and I’m proud to serve in an advisory role.”
