Chargebacks911® COO Talks Purpose, Innovation & Inspiration With Host Tony Zayas
Monica Eaton, Co-Founder and COO of Chargebacks911, was recently interviewed on Insivia’s SaaS Founder Show.

During the hour-long feature, Monica discussed the role of Chargebacks911 in eliminating chargebacks and safeguarding eCommerce, and the role she played in helping to make it happen. Host Tony Zayas asked Monica to explain Chargebacks911’s main function in the fintech space.
“We are a dispute and chargeback management platform that provides Saas solutions for financial institutions and merchants,” she explained succinctly. The goal of Chargebacks911 is “to alleviate the burdens associated with chargebacks and their extenuating circumstances.”
Zayas then asked Monica to explain the differences between chargebacks, disputes, and refunds and how those differences affect the industry at large.
When it comes to chargebacks, she said, “It’s a bit like getting a speeding ticket… you’re guilty until proven innocent. Maybe you didn’t deserve the ticket, but if you don’t fight back, you may end up facing penalties and fees you can’t afford. Every time a chargeback is filed against you, you end up paying for far more than just the cost of the item you purchased. Chargebacks are bad news, and nobody wants them.”
