As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back and supporting the communities in which we live and work, the Chargebacks911 team recently stepped up to support local students in need. Our team donated several hundred dollars’ worth of essential school supplies to The Backpack Lady Project, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every child starts the school year with the tools they need to succeed.

The donation included notebooks, folders, pencils, crayons, and other back-to-school essentials. These items will help fill backpacks distributed by the organization to students across the Tampa Bay area. The initiative is part of our broader commitment to corporate responsibility, and our belief that small actions can create a big impact.
“We believe in investing in the future, and that starts with our youth,” said Monica Eaton, Founder and CEO of Chargebacks911. “Every student deserves a strong start to the school year, and we're proud to support organizations like The Backpack Lady Project that work tirelessly to make that possible.”
The Backpack Lady Project has served thousands of students since its founding in 2011, delivering backpacks filled with supplies to children who might otherwise go without. Chargebacks911’s contribution supports this mission and helps bridge the gap for families facing financial challenges as the new school year begins.
“Giving back isn’t just something we do. It’s part of who we are as a company,” added Monica. “Whether it's through supporting local charities, donating our time, or helping build a stronger future for others, we’re committed to making a positive difference.”
