We’re excited to announce that Monica Eaton, Co-Founder and COO of Chargebacks911, took home the Outstanding Individual Achievement award at the Retail Systems Awards 2019!
Now in their 14th year, the Retail Systems Awards honor excellence and innovation in the global market. The awards themselves are among the most prominent presentations in the retail tech sector. This year’s winners were announced at a gala ceremony at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London—an iconic structure described as “a bastion of Britishness”—on June 27.
Monica’s win recognizes her long-running commitment to innovation and disruption in the payments environment. Since founding Chargebacks911 in 2011, Monica’s consistently pushed for a more dynamic, responsive approach to payments.
Her drive to change the way we think about payments, fraud and chargebacks has left a mark on the industry. Chargebacks911 represents the most advanced solution available to both fight chargebacks and prevent them before they happen. Her advocacy and thought leadership inspire new policy changes and moves to modernize chargeback practices.
