Monica Eaton Interviewed for Feature on Welum
Chargebacks911 Co-Founder and COO Monica Eaton has an inspiring story to share about how she came to be where she is today. In a new feature for Welum, Monica details how she went from an eCommerce merchant to the industry’s leading chargeback expert.

As outlined in the post, Monica was previously a full-time eCommerce merchant. However, she found herself being victimized by the twin threats of criminal fraud and chargeback abuse. Instead of giving up, Monica doubled-down, developing her own strategy for how to resolve these issues. She developed her strategies into a consulting operation which, in 2011, finally evolved into Chargebacks911.
Monica’s industry-defining solution marked the first truly adaptive and comprehensive solution for chargebacks on the market.
