“One of the biggest problems I had as a young entrepreneur was that I did fear failure a bit,” Monica explains. “It was something I had to overcome, and the more experience I got, the more I realized that mistakes aren’t the end of the world. I’ve learned to look at failure as an opportunity to improve and learn how to do better in the future. On that note, it’s very important as a leader that you allow space for others to make mistakes, too, and for them to learn.”
