We’re pleased to announce the appointment of payments industry entrepreneur Oliver Rajic to the Chargebacks911 Board of Directors!

In his new role, Rajic will serve as a key advisor to our executive board, as well as our team more broadly. He’ll assist with our aggressive expansion initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, expanding our revolutionary technologies into a market in real need of a dispute management firm like Cb911.

APAC accounts for 64% of global eCommerce spending. The market is three times larger than North America, and five times larger than Europe. Despite this fact, a startling 5% of revenue in the APAC region is lost each year to payment fraud.

Losses from online payment fraud are expected to exceed £200 billion this year in the region. This is greater than total losses in the rest of the world combined.

Chargebacks911 has been operating in the APAC space since 2017. Our team already possesses a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in that market. However, Oliver will help us take the next step in our plan for expansion.

Oliver will channel his local knowledge into optimizing our go-to-market strategy, diversification, and growing a high-performing team on the ground. This move follows other strategic appointments in the past twelve months, with Guy Harris as Chair and Roger Alexander as Advisor and Board Member.
