In the article, Monica was asked several questions about the growth and direction of Chargebacks911 from inception through the post-pandemic era. First, she was asked to describe what sets Cb911 apart from its competitors. As she put it, our comprehensive expertise is the key.
“We collect more data from more resources than anyone else in the industry,” she says. “We’re continually adding to this resource using AI and machine learning to fine-tune what we have learned through experience. It allows us to continue bringing our clients more intelligent chargeback and dispute management strategies.”
When asked to describe where Cb911 is headed in the post-pandemic landscape, Monica said, “The chargeback problem isn’t going away: shopping habits have been forever changed. As the world becomes more digital, the need for uniform standards in the dispute and chargeback industry will grow. The eventual democratization of this part of the industry will provide much-needed transparency and scale: not only for payment cards but for all payments, equally. This is a big part of our vision and an exciting thing to be a part of.”
