As one of the largest women-led organizations in the fintech space, we’ve always considered it a key priority to help foster gender diversity in payments, as Chargebacks911 Chief Growth Officer Pel Faquiryan explains in a new interview for Fintech Magazine.
FinTech Magazine is an established and trusted voice on all things fintech, engaging with a highly targeted audience of 113,000 global executives. They provide key industry players with the perfect platform to showcase their brands, develop content syndication plans, webinars, and white papers, along with a global set of in-person & virtual events.
Data shows that diverse organizations, which have the benefit of a multitude of experiences and perspectives on which to draw, consistently outperform more homogenous companies. This is why, as Pel explains, we at Chargebacks911 actively seek to bring more women into the fintech space. “There are many things we participate in as far as encouraging, empowering, and bringing other women leaders along,” she says.
Pel also shares key insights about chargebacks, and what we at Chargebacks911 are doing to address the problem. “Whether you're a financial institution or a merchant, regardless of size, chargebacks are simply revenue loss for you. So what we're trying to focus on is bringing revenue back to you in a way that becomes meaningful,” she says.
