We're very excited to announce that Chargebacks911 Founder Monica Eaton has been selected as one of the finalists for the Lifetime Achievement award at the 2023 PAY360 Awards!
The PAY360 Awards are an annual ceremony, open to all members of the Payments Association. The awards are voted for by an independent panel of expert judges, and are recognized as being among the most esteemed awards presented in the payments and finance industries.
Monica possesses extensive experience in the payments space. As the Founder of Chargebacks911, she played a pivotal role in refining the position of payment disputes. This award acknowledges Monica’s influence in the payments industry, and all of the contributions she’s made to advance technologies and practices in fintech.
“I'm incredibly honored to be included as a finalist for this year’s award,” Monica commented. “My fellow nominees are all incredibly important figures in the payments industry in their own regards, and I’m very proud to among such illustrious company.”
Monica went on to elaborate about the industry-defining work that Chargebacks911 has done since it was founded in 2011. “At that time, chargebacks were basically just taken as a cost of doing business for merchants. With Chargebacks911, we really challenged that perception. We demonstrated that there are ways to successfully manage disputes and help merchants prevent loss.”
The black-tie reception, dinner, and ceremony will be held on October 4, 2023, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. The ceremony will then be followed by a party to celebrate the award winners. Click here to learn more about the event.
