Where We’re Headed Next: Chargebacks911® Eyes Rapid Expansion for Asia-Pacific Offices

At Chargebacks911, we understand the need for cross-border, forward-thinking solutions to meet the challenges of an interconnected global marketplace. That’s why we’re proud to announce the appointment of Jia Min Tan as our new Director of Business Development, APAC, as the next step in our ongoing expansion!

Regional Expertise to Fuel Rapid Growth

As the former Director of Alliances at NS8, Jia Min brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She possesses extensive knowledge of dispute technology, as well as the fraud prevention and risk management industries, with a background in pre-transaction risks such as advertising fraud and loyalty membership fraud. We’re thrilled to bring her expertise on board!

Jia Min will operate from our fast-growing Singapore offices. There, she’ll be well-suited to help facilitate further rapid growth in the region for Chargebacks911 and Fi911, and to ensure a truly seamless, end-to-end service for our clients and partners.

“[The Asia-Pacific region] is a fast-growing market with great potential for growth,” Jia Min says. “We’re seeing a mass adoption of credit cards and digital payments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which naturally means we’re witnessing a spike in the reports of fraud.”

A Global Presence for Global Industry Leadership

We at Chargebacks911 are the undisputed global leaders in chargeback and dispute management. It’s a competitive field, though, and industry leadership is not an easy position to maintain.

The keys to our dominance in this fast-changing environment are our commitment to innovation, as well as our drive to remain ahead of the curve in the payments space. With Jia Min, as well as the other members of our fast-growing APAC  team, we will be positioned to offer value and innovation in the eCommerce space unlike anything the industry’s ever seen.

“We anticipate strong growth throughout 2021,” says Benjamin Bridwell, Chief of Staff at Chargebacks911 and Fi911. “The Asia-Pacific market is already a crucial nexus of global business. So, as we continue to expand in that region, we’re very excited about where we’re going to be headed over the next several years. There’s really never been a more thrilling time to be in the payments space.”
