Chargebacks911® was spotlighted in the latest issue of EME Outlook, offering an overview of our story, our services, and the value that we offer to customers.
EME Outlook is a digital publication aimed at boardroom and hands-on decision-makers, reaching an audience of more than 395,000 people across the region. Their publications span the full range of industrial sectors including agriculture, construction, energy & utilities, finance, food & drink, healthcare, manufacturing, mining & resources, oil & gas, retail, shipping & logistics, technology, and travel & tourism.
As noted in the piece, Chargebacks911 Founder Monica Eaton did not start her journey in the payments space. Monica was a merchant who struggled with her own chargeback problem.
After encountering chargeback firsthand, Monica decided to launch Chargebacks911 in 2011. Now, more than a decade later, we safeguard 2.4 billion transactions every year, representing clients in 87 countries.
“...We were the very first global company dedicated to tackling the problem of chargebacks, which represents more than $200 billion in annual liability to the market,” Monica says. “With a laser focus on this goal, we have developed the most effective strategies for minimi[z]ing the impact of chargebacks, helping businesses streamline processes and optimi[z]e data insights to reduce loss."
