Monica Eaton Advises How to Bring Employees Back From Quarantine

Chargebacks911® Executive Offers Tip for New Feature by Leave Dates

Chargebacks911 COO Monica Eaton offered her advice alongside several other experts in a new feature for Leave Dates, with the aim of helping businesses get back to work after COVID closures.

Leave Dates is a leading provider of staff holiday booking services. Their services allow HR departments to more effectively manage their workforces and coordinate time off, all with the aim of saving time and money for businesses.

Every business is currently working through the process of trying to get back to some form of normal. Of course, given that we’re in uncharted territory, getting back to normal is easier said than done. In response, 30 business leaders and entrepreneurs were asked to share how they’re going about the process.

“We’ve introduced a staggered return to the office,” Monica explains, “where certain departments remain remote to reduce the number of employees coming back.” At Chargebacks911, we’ve implemented a process of rotating staff into the office on different days, as well as requiring temperature checks and sanitizing before entering the building.

There’s no single solution that will work for every business. However, all decisions should be made with the goal of doing what’s best for both employees and customers.

“Our main priority is to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable enough to return. Adjustments will need to be made on a case-by-case basis for employees with extenuating circumstances.”
