We’re happy to announce that Jennifer Lichner, former Head of Dispute Management for Accertify, is joining the Chargebacks911 team as our new Senior VP of Operations!
Jennifer brings more than two decades of extensive experience to her new role. She’s held leadership positions in operations, finance, and internal auditing across the payments, retail, and travel industries. Prior to this new appointment, she oversaw global dispute operations across the American Express and Accertify organizations.
