Business Admin with Excel Experience

We are seeking a receptionist to join our team! You are the first person our clients and partners will see and interact with when they enter, and therefore, you will be the face for our business!

Interested candidates must be: upbeat, positive, committed, persistent, reliable, professional, customer service oriented and passionate about their work.


  • Ability to greet visitors conducting business with the company and direct them to the appropriate location, following established security procedures
  • Proficiency in clerical duties including: answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, typing / data entry (50 wpm minimum)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • High level of dependability
  • Well-developed Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
