Business Admin with Excel Experience

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour


We are seeking a receptionist to join our team! You are the first person our clients and partners will see and interact with when they enter and therefore you will be the face for our business!

Interested candidates must be; upbeat, positive, committed, persistent, reliable, professional, customer service oriented and passionate about making a positive effort in their work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Greet visitors conducting business with the company and directs them to the appropriate location following established security procedures
  • Must be proficient in computer data entry, have ability to multi-task, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a team player who is highly dependable
  • Clerical typing/ data entry-50wpm minimum
  • Superb Excel skills
  • Clerical duties include; answering phones; scheduling appointments; filing; communicating effectively
  • Bilingual is a plus
