Our team of Chargebacks911™ associates is set to help educate the travel industry about emerging fraud threats and innovative risk mitigation strategies. You can find us at TravelConnect 2016 in Washington, D.C. this October.

COO Monica Eaton-Cardone will share a 45-minute presentation on card-not-present chargeback management, one of the travel industry’s greatest challenges. The session, titled DISPUTED: Strategies to Prevent Chargebacks, invites attendees to learn more about friendly fraud and shares valuable tips on minimizing risk.

Chargebacks911™ is honored to present alongside such prominent figures as Harvard researcher and psychologist Shaun Achor, as well as Visa Chief Economist Wayne Best. ARC’s TravelConnect promises to be a very enlightening two-day event, one that is likely to make a major impact on all members of the airline and travel industries.

Chargebacks911™ will also be exhibiting both days of the convention. We are looking forward to sharing our innovative strategies with even more members of this industry and help attendees create a proactive strategy to address emerging threats.

The TravelConnect 2016 conference runs October 6-7 in Washington, D.C. If you plan to attend this event or would like to connect while we are in the area, email meetus@chargebacks911.com

Event Recap

With chargeback fraud mounting fast in the travel industry, we’ve made a concerted effort to try and reach out to professionals in this industry. Travel Connect was everything we’d hoped to find in a convention and more.

Our presentation was a big success, and we had the chance to speak with a number of important travel industry experts about the mounting fraud threat. Thanks to the event organizers for assembling this great convention!
