We Took Home Gold at the International CSR Excellence Awards!

We’re proud to announce that Chargebacks911 was awarded the top honors at the International CSR Excellence Awards 2021!

The International CSR Excellence Awards are presented by the Green Organisation, a UK-based entity. Since 1994, they’ve served as an international, independent, non-profit, non-political group dedicated to recognizing, rewarding and promoting environmental best practice around the world. With the launch of the International CSR Excellence Awards, the organization is expanding into recognizing many other ways in which companies work to make the world a better place.

At Chargebacks911, we’re devoted to fintech innovation and providing end-to-end chargeback protection to merchants. That’s not our only commitment though; we take our responsibility to be good corporate citizens very seriously.

We provide weekly donations to nonprofit organization as part of our Take Charge for Charity. Our team also performs regular volunteer work for organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Keep Pinellas Beautiful. However, our main philanthropic focus remains Paid for Grades, an effort launched by Chargebacks911 COO Monica Eaton back in 2013.

The program’s concept is simple: participating students are challenged to improve their grades and reading ability over the course of the program semester. Students who successfully complete the Paid for Grades program get a cash reward of $500…simple as that.

“The promise of getting a cash prize serves as an incentive for students,” Monica explains. “That prize keeps students engaged and active throughout the semester. However, the real reward is the growth which students undergo as part of the program, and the confidence they gain.”
