How we're responding to COVID-19

These are difficult times. As you already know, the US Department of Health and Human Services declared the Coronavirus (COVID-19) a public health emergency. We’re committed to continue serving our clients throughout this crisis. However, we’re also taking responsible steps to protect our employees and the public.

Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve decided to empower many of our staff members to work remotely. We've taken steps to limit the impact of this decision, and we are fully-prepared to keep providing the level of service our clients expect from Chargebacks911.

We’re monitoring the situation, and hope to return to normal as quickly as possible. Despite this, or any other operational adjustments we make, we will remain fully operational throughout the duration of the current crisis and expect to run at 100% normal service levels.
