New Services for Issuers, Acquirers, & Enterprise-Level Merchants

Chargebacks911 is pleased to announce an addition to its already-extensive line of proprietary services, expanding the company’s unrivaled results to new client verticals.

On February 1, 2017, the company announced plans to parlay their in-depth card scheme expertise and understanding of merchant processes into a new line of services for financial institutions.

The Only Service Provider to Address Chargeback Compliance

Prior to this year, Chargebacks911 attained worldwide recognition based solely on our record of achieving unparalleled results for merchants. Now, we’re integrating world-renowned industry decision-makers to provide unprecedented services to issuers and acquirers.

These new services are a response to a clearly-demonstrated necessity within the industry. While internal chargeback-related expenses were up 21% YoY in 2016, that increase is expected to double in 2017.

Chargebacks911’s new services will help financial institutions assess processes and workflow to identify non-compliance issues, internal errors, and unrealized opportunities. The end result will be an immediate improvement to the bottom line.

Expanding Chargebacks911’s Expertise in Europe

Chargebacks911’s parent company, Global Risk Technologies™, was Europe’s first chargeback mitigation service provider, and these two companies have become the dominate resource for payments industry members through the continent.

A primary strategic focus for Chargebacks911 in 2017 will to broaden the company’s European presence. This initiative will be enhanced by the expertise of Tracy Cray, former Chargebacks & Disputes Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Cray will serve as Chargebacks911’s Director of Card Scheme Compliance from our newest UK location in Rayleigh, Essex. Her 34 years of experience in the European payments market, including serving as chair of the European Experts Chargebacks Group, will be an invaluable asset during this expansion and beyond. Cray explained the challenges that Chargebacks911 has set out to resolve:

When it comes to chargeback management, financial institutions are burdened in many ways—it’s impossible to stay current on constantly-evolving regulations, there is little transparency regarding the processes of other entities, and an inability to maintain compliance becomes a major liability. These hidden issues have continued to accumulate without reprieve.”

Chargebacks911 COO, Monica Eaton, suggests that Cray’s addition will be a major asset to the organization. "Tracy is undoubtedly the most astute chargeback expert I have met…we’re thrilled to have her join our growing leadership team in the UK,” Eaton explained.

This year will undoubtedly reveal new and unexpected challenges for the global eCommerce community. In response, Chargebacks911 has made it our mission to keep pace with those developments and offer the most innovative and forward-thinking solutions for ensuring business’s profitability.
