Tracy Cray of The Chargeback Company Recognized for Industry Contributions
We’re pleased to announce that Tracy Cray, Director of Card Scheme Compliance at Chargebacks911, has been has been honored as a finalist for her contributions to the payments industry by Women in Payments!
Women in Payments is a global organization working to shift the gender balance in the payment space. The organization strives to help female payments professionals grow their careers, find mentorship opportunities, build community, and establish their expertise as leaders in payments.
After spending most of her career at Royal Bank of Scotland, Tracy left to join Chargebacks911 in 2017, bringing more than three decades of experience in credit, prepaid and debit card payments. She is one of the world’s foremost experts on chargebacks, disputes, and compliance, and is a respected thought leader on the subject. With Chargebacks911, Tracy leverages her knowledge to provide better dispute resolution processes for the entire industry.

The awards presentation was originally scheduled during the Women in Payments UK Annual Symposia in London on March 26. Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, however, event organizers decided to host the symposia as an online, virtual event, taking place May 26-28.
