New Role Will Drive Global Product Development & Strategic Direction
We’re excited to announce the addition of Brad Dillahunty to the Chargebacks911 team! He brings with him over 25 years of experience in product and technology leadership in the payments space.
Brad spent the last decade as the VP of Product Development and Innovation within the Cyber and Intelligence Division of Mastercard, directing the company’s chargeback and dispute strategy. In this role, he was responsible for driving product design and enhancement, as well as the strategic vision and implementation of its dispute processing platform. He also served for more than a decade in project management at IBM prior to joining Mastercard.
“I’m delighted to join the Chargebacks911 and Fi911 families at such a pivotal time in the growth of the dispute resolution industry,” Brad comments. “The integrity of the brands and their reputations in the industry are unparalleled. I bring my experience of being an informed risk-taker to craft pioneering solutions that will continue to evolve with Chargebacks911 and Fi911.”
Chargebacks911 were the original innovators in the chargeback space. As the first company to offer end-to-end dispute management, we have a commitment to remain ahead of the curve in payments and fintech. Company COO Monica Eaton-Cardone suggests that Brad will play an important role in our strategy as we move into the second decade of our company’s history.
“Brad will inspire the enhancement of our existing technology and offer a disruptive edge to inform our research strategy and product development direction,” Monica says. “He is a tremendous addition to our team as we embark upon our mission to deliver next-generation dispute management solutions to all stakeholders across the value chain.”
Brad expressed excitement about the possibilities for what we can achieve. “The payment ecosystem is in desperate need of companies like ours that can create new and inspiring solutions, services and products that will not only drive behavior change, but also lead into other growth opportunities.”
